  • The Axe Life makes every effort to keep adequate stock of items listed on our site, but sometimes we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

  • For ground shipping service we will make every effort to ship your order within 2-3 business days upon receipt. Our standard ground shipping takes 1-5 days for delivery.

    PLEASE NOTE: During the holiday season, our order processing time may increase due to shipping service delays.

  • Once the returned merchandise is received by our warehouse, your refund is submitted within 1-2 business days. Please note that it can sometimes take several weeks for your bank to apply the refund to your account.
